Who we are​

Your Partner Success Manager (PSM) is your primary point of contact and one stop shop for anything Pia related. Your PSM will be with you for your whole Pia Journey and will help you navigate Pia in your business.

When you start with Pia, your PSM will reach out to you to setup a regular cadence to meet. Be prepared to talk about the product, roadblocks, or issues you may be facing while on your journey!

What we do

  • Help you understand the resources you have available for use with Pia such as training or configuration sessions with a Pia Technical Account Manager (TAM)
  • Explore Pia best practices with you and help you adopt Pia to get the most value from the product as you make operational changes within your business
  • Update you via regular touch points via meeting catchups and email
  • Be your Partner on your Pia Journey for automation in your business and help you navigate the operational changes required to implement Pia's best practices
  • Help you with escalations or any issues you may be facing
  • Challenge you to succeed with Pia!
